It is the user's responsibility to check each property's guidelines for additional details regarding spam.

Violations of our Terms of Service or this Universal Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your TasaMax.com account and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, photographs, reports history, lists, and for sale listings. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through TasaMax.com computer systems. TasaMax.com does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.

NOTICE: It is a violation of the law to advertise a property when you are neither its owner nor an authorized agent of the owner with a valid real estate salesperson or broker's license issued by the state in which the property is located. If you are harmed by such conduct, we encourage you to contact the appropriate state agency. If detected, PropertyShark.com may report such conduct.
